During this webinar, dairy industry veteran Tom Benson breaks down how shifting consumer preferences are reshaping feed and agricultural markets, and what that means for calf nutrition. Benson will explore how intensifying competition for whey proteins is influencing everything from formulations to feeding strategies. Producers, nutritionists and calf ranch operators will gain practical insights into today’s market dynamics and learn how to prepare for what’s coming next.
Benson joined Actus Nutrition in 2002 and has held a variety of roles within procurement, business development, operational leadership and risk management. Primarily, he focuses on managing long-term strategic partners while developing a growing risk management platform. Previously, Benson worked with Land O’Lakes as a director of sales in the company’s ingredient division. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics.
